Dalton has strong technical skills which are common in his field, however he stands above his peers in his ability to be able to communicate with not just his technical partners, but to further communicate technical terminolgy effectively with people with limited technical or even no technical background. During the term, Dalton had the respect of his superiors and the students he led. He was able to recognise when someone was struggling and stepped in the assist when needed. There were many aspects of the project outside of Dalton's knowledge, yet he was able to conduct efficient research and learn quickly as well as teach his peers. Dalton contributed immensely to the project. His ideas and feedback were encouraged and appreciated. He had a great understading of when and where he could take initiative and acted accordingly.

Dalton takes great notes and is able to effectively communicate any issues he has. Dalton was able to work with the technology we use here effectively despite not having prior experience or training in it. As dalton shows an interest in a more managerial role I think he should continue to pursue that. He shows strong communication and organization skills and is able to grasp new concepts well.

Dalton is a natural leader, after interviewing Dalton he was the perfect choice to be the team leader of our project and he exceeded all expectations. The quality of his work was exceptional in every aspect. We attribute the success of the team to Dalton's strong leadership and ability to work with his team members to get the tasks completed. Dalton led bi-weekly team meetings including scrums and sprints. He outlined the groups tasks for the week, addressed potential probalems and ensured the team kept on an ambitious schedule. He is very well rounded and is able to make hard decisions when needed. We gave him a great deal of responsibility and trusted his judgement implicitly.
